Biotin

Biotin belongs to the group of B vitamins, and is also known as Coenzyme R. Just like all the other B vitamins, this coenzyme plays an important part in metabolic processes.

 

One tablet contains:

Biotin 300 mcg

 

Directions: Adults take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

 

Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of small children. Consult your doctor prior to taking this supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, under a doctor's care for illness or on regular prescription medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
